Technical taekwondo is practiced throughout the taekwondo community by simply doing a pattern, however to become a high level technical player you must practice and train hard. Members from the Chi Demo Team perform in creative freestyle categories and others and set a high standard, we would like more taekwondo practitioners to join them and eventually create a technical squad to compete internationally.
